+ What skills do I need?
Anyone can work as an animator, but not everyone is a good animator. You need the following skills to be a good animator:
• Foreign languages
The more languages you speak, the better you can communicate with our guests. English and German are the main languages in our hotels. The majority of our guest are German speaking.
• Positive attitude
The job as an entertainer is not the easiest one. Keeping positive for 6 months, from morning to evening, day after day, can be a challenge for many. Your smile is your greatest asset.
• Friendly behavior
The goal is to attract attention, but not to be the centre of attention. Having a friendly approach to people is a must in animation. You should entertain guests intelligently and with respect.
• Creative and proactive
Our animators need to be able to come up with solutions and take action in any circumstances, even in challenging times. Keeping your cool is essential for a professional handling of any situation.
• Additional skills
Previous experience as an animator is not required. It is great if you can dance, sing, decorate or moderate, have any other special talents and if you enjoy working with people. This is your chance and the right place for you.

What kind of entertainer are you?
KIDS ENTERTAINER
If you love kids and enjoy entertaining them, you can work as a kids animator. Go to a pirate journey with the kids or organize the coolest game they will love.
SPORT ENTERTAINER
You enjoy sports and playing games. Table tennis, Volleyball, Darts are just some of the games you can play in the summer. Get ready for fun and action.
FITNESS ENTERTAINER
You prefer doing gymnastics in the early morning. That’s great! Water aerobics or Zumba in the summer can be a part of your main duties.
CHIEF ENTERTAINER
If you are a responsible person and like to do things the right way, you can be our team leader. Train your team and be ready for the summer.
